Sidekick Health - Senior Product Designer
Led a team in redesigning the company's primary product, enhancing the patient-doctor management platform with a fresh interface and numerous new features. Collaborated with key stakeholders like Anthem and Pfizer on design projects, improving user experience and functionality. Developed various app features from inception to user testing, including surveys, interactive images, diet/medicine journals, and chat functions. Established and managed the design system and component library for consistency and efficiency. Redesigned the company's character avatar, icons, and illustration style, playing a crucial role in defining the brand's visual identity.

Established an efficient workflow with the development team and stakeholders, incorporating UX research, design demonstrations, QA testing, and AB testing. This initiative drastically streamlined workflow processes, leading to significant time savings amounting to thousands of hours.
